Q1/2025: Technology Roadmap Update for Pixie Customers

As you may have heard, Pixie is now partnering with a larger software development business to take our product to the next level. The company we're working with has a portfolio of over 27 software brands and a deep specialization in accounting and finance. With a network of more than 128,000 B2B customers, they bring the experience and expertise needed to support Pixie’s mission: to become the leading platform for managing bookkeeping and accounting firms.
Phase 1: Strengthening the Foundation
Our first focus is to enhance the core technology and performance of the Pixie platform. Building a larger “house” requires a stronger foundation. These foundational improvements will lead to better performance and position us to introduce the advanced features your business will need in an ever-evolving tech landscape.
Phase 2: Regular Feature Releases
With this new support, we’re implementing a system to deliver significant updates quarterly. Each quarter, you can expect fresh features and enhancements that address your most pressing needs and make Pixie even more valuable to your firm.
Future of AI Integration
AI's potential to transform your business goes far beyond drafting emails or generating task names. The new team behind Pixie has made substantial investments in AI, and we’re excited to integrate these capabilities into Pixie in the future, creating innovative ways for you to harness the power of AI.

As we close out 2024, our primary focus is strengthening Pixie’s foundation to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Starting in Q1 2025, we’ll shift our focus to bringing you powerful new features in four key areas:
Custom Job Statuses and Kanban Views
This feature will allow you to set custom statuses for individual jobs and view them in a streamlined Kanban format, providing a more flexible and visual way to manage your workflow.
Custom Data Grids, Client Lists, and Work Reports
Tailor your view of client data to suit your unique needs. You'll have more control over the display and use of client information with customizable data grids, client lists, and work reports.
Saved View Filters for Kanban Boards and Data Grids
Easily create and save multiple views for your Kanban boards and data grids. This will allow you to organize and access job and customer data in ways that are most meaningful to you, enhancing productivity and insight.
Bulk Actions
Streamline your workflows with the ability to perform bulk actions, such as sending mass emails to clients or updating multiple properties at once. This feature will be available across various areas of the platform, enabling you to manage multiple items with ease and efficiency.
